Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dietary supervisor role
Familiarity with Department of Health regulations

Job Duties:

Oversee food production and service adherence to Department of Health regulations
Schedule staff and manage menus
Supervise dining services personnel, ensuring timely, quality food service
Direct Dietary Aides in meal service and clean-up, maintaining standards
Complete required forms and reports as per departmental policies
