  1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Job Board by Job Seekers and Employers. By accessing or using the Job Board, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Job Board.
  2. Job Board Services: The Job Board provides a platform for Job Seekers to search for job opportunities and for Employers to post job listings and search for candidates. The Job Board is not an employment agency and does not guarantee employment or endorse any Employer.
  3. User Accounts: To use certain features of the Job Board, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify LTCjobs.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or password.
  4. User Conduct: You agree not to use the Job Board for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to post, upload, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to use the Job Board to post job listings or resumes that contain false or misleading information. You agree not to use the Job Board to engage in any unsolicited advertising or marketing.
  5. Job Listings and Resumes: Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job listings and for verifying the accuracy of the information contained in the job listings and resumes. LTCjobs.com reserves the right to remove any job listing or resume that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Intellectual Property: All content on the Job Board, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Jobs For Therapists or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Job Board without the prior written consent of LTCjobs.com.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Job Board is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LTCjobs.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Job Board or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Job Board. LTCjobs.com. does not warrant that the Job Board will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Jobs For Therapists shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Job Board, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold LTCjobs.com. and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Job Board, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

1. Account Registration

To fully access the Platform and its features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

2. Job Listings

As a User, you may have the ability to post job listings on the Platform. You agree that all job listings you post will be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your job listings and any consequences arising from posting inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Job Applications

As a User applying for jobs through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application materials. LTCjobs.com is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers using the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of job listings, and we encourage Users to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence.

4. User Content

The Platform may allow you to post, submit, or upload content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and job listings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by providing it to us, you grant LTCjobs.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's functionality. You also agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Use the Platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other Users or LTCjobs.com personnel.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts.
  • Use automated means, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform or collect User information.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about our Users.

7. Modifications to the Platform

LTCjobs.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without liability or notice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LTCjobs.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LTCJOBS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.
