Key Responsibilities:

As the Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating social services for our residents and their families. Your role will include:

Assessment and Support: Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' social and emotional needs and developing personalized support plans to enhance their quality of life.
Collaboration: Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic well-being of residents. Working closely with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to create a supportive network.
