Business Office Manager
In search of a capable, hard working and talented Business Office Manager to join our ever growing team.

Duties of the Business Office Manager include:
- Financial Interview for the Medicaid application process
- Having pt/family sign authorizationforms to apply and to order all docs related to Medicaid
- Ordering all docs and follow up with financial institutions proactively to obtain all docs for Medicaid application
- Filing Medicaid app/Conversions
- Filing fair hearing and attending if necessary
- Enrollments in Mandatory MLTC plans
- Educating family about Income payments and requesting signatures for DD on SSA and all pension
- Private patients – To discuss with the patient his/her finances or to collect a check if deemed appropriate that patient manages his own funds
- HMOdisenrollments, MLTC enrollments, Application for Insurance benefits (Medicare A or B) if deemed necessary
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Nursing home Business Office experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledgeable with how to apply for Tennessee Medicaid
- General understanding of Medicare and HMO insurance billing
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service
- Knoweldge with Insurance verification, resident trust, census
