This position coordinates and enhances the facility’s inquiry, admission, and marketing process. Conducting on-site evaluations of patient referrals and complete daily sales calls on target market and referrals
Director of Marketing/Clinical Liaison Job Description:
Outside facility role.This position requires travel to various hospitals, alfs, physician offices etc.This role is not internal
·Takes inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc
·Clinically review of referrals and conducting onsite visits
·Maintaining and growing relationships with hospital case managers/dc planners/social workers
·Identifying needs of the patients/families and directing referrals to facilities.
·Identifying needs of the target market and represent the facilities at community partner meetings
·Ensures responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely, and with appropriate follow-up.
·Demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding census/premium mix enhancement and management.
·Serves as a member of the marketing team to enhance resident and community relations.
·Assist in maintaining a database of medical contacts/community resources.
·Assists with bringing physicians on board
·Maintain/create relationships with local alfs, group homes, etc
·Creates new promotional items ideas to aid in the increase of referrals
·Follows up on all hospitalized patients to ensure they return to the snf
Salary: up to $90,000 a year
