A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director.

Duties:

Oversee all operations and personnel within the maintenance department.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety, cleanliness, proper maintenance, and optimal equipment performance.
Supervise maintenance staff, assigning tasks and managing schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Plan, schedule, and ensure the timely completion of all maintenance tasks and repairs.
Oversee both in-house and contracted maintenance work, ensuring all services are completed promptly and to standard.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, preventive maintenance activities, warranties, and inspections.
Manage department budgets and monitor spending to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to State/Federal regulations and OSHA standards.
Be available for on-call emergency response as needed.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare maintenance environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and perform well under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with a track record of effectively managing a team.
