We are seeking an individual with strong administrative skills and attention to detail for our Compliance Data Entry Clerk. Essential functions include entering OASAS PAS 44,45, and 46 documents into the OASAS online system, to coordinate and keep track of PAS data progress and report findings to Program Director, Compliance Officer and Fiscal Director, and Coordinate PAS completion with other counselors and Clinical Supervisors to ensure timely completion.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining and managing and inputting PAS data entry.
- Host weekly meetings on PAS update.
- Reports and organizes spreadsheet documenting deficiencies in PAS reporting, including any disruptions in the service system.
- Maintains a clean work environment
- Meets clients to complete PAS when feasible for clients entering and discharging from the programs.
- Works on site at multiple locations a minimum of 3 times/week. This is subject to change based on need of position.
- Review of PAS form to ensure they are accurately completed
- Communicating Project Status on PAS completion in weekly update e-mails.
- To train individuals on PAS completion and data upload to OASAS system
Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Worked in Substance Abuse Field for 1 year
- Data Entry Experience
- Flexibility in Work Schedule
