Full Time and Part Time shifts available.
COTA Duties Include: - OTA will work as part of the therapy team and under the guidance of an OT
- OTA will select therapy activities to fit Residents' needs and capabilities.
- OTA will assist Residents in carrying out daily activities.
- OTA will monitor Residents' performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement.
- OTA will teach Residents how to use special equipment to assist with daily function.
- OTA will work in collaboration with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan.
- OTA will supervise Residents' activities to ensure they are done properly.
- OTA will report the Resident's progress to the OT.
- OTA will handle administrative and clerical tasks for therapy team.

OTA Requirements Include: - A graduate of an accredited OTA Program
- Current OTA License
- Experience in long-term-care settings preferred
