We are actively seeking an energetic and experienced
Community Liaison/Marketer to establish and improve new and existing relationships in order to place individuals who have skilled nursing needs.
What we are looking for: An experienced healthcare sales and marketing professional with a demonstrated track record of successfully growing businesses from assigned accounts. This position is responsible for generating and managing referrals from community accounts in the
Albany, NY area. This position requires the ability to develop strong relationships with key referral sources and the ability to uncover new opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have clinical experience and a strong understanding of residents' healthcare needs (such as an LPN).
What you'll need: - Proven results in Senior Living sales
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
- Proficiency with computers, and database systems
- The ability to conduct presentations for healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with local business partners and professional referral sources
- Good listening skills, compassionate and empathetic
- Have a clear understanding of Skilled Nursing eligibility and insurance coverage.
- Excellent sales/marketing, communication, time management & organizational skills required
- Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives
- Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional contacts in the market are a definite plus!
