What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar.
- Handle confidential communications and correspondence with professionalism.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Enhance efficiency and organization across executive operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents.
- Research and gather critical information to assist with business strategies and special projects.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Proactively problem solving before they arise.
Requirements What You Bring:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience (supporting C-suite preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you know how to get things done
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
- Ability to anticipate needs & solve problems before they happen
- Discretion & professionalism—you handle sensitive information with care
