Full Time Recreational Director Key Responsibilities: - Engage new residents and assess their interests to create personalized activity plans.
- Collaborate in the development of monthly activity calendars tailored to residents' needs.
- Coordinate and assist in recreational programs designed to engage and entertain residents.
- Support and facilitate religious services within the facility.
- Help organize and assist with monthly festivities, parties, and special events for residents.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers during their activities and events.
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Recreation Assistant or Director in a healthcare setting is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and coordinate others effectively.
- Proficient computer skills are essential for managing activities and documentation.
- Must have a positive, outgoing, and energetic personality.
