Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department. The ADON helps ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents by assisting with staffing, policy development, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. They oversee the nursing team, help with staff training and orientation, and assist with care planning and implementation. The ADON also contributes to budgeting, infection control programs, and ensures nursing practices meet safety and quality standards.

Assist in Managing Nursing Staff:
