Staffing Coordinator (132 Beds)
RATE: $50,000 - $55,000 Per Year

DESCRIPTION:
Ensure there are set schedules that each shift within the 127-bed facility is appropriately covered. Required to maintain daily staffing reports and schedules so that each shift is properly staffed. Staffing coordinators work closely with the Human Resources Department.
Job Responsibilities:

Staff Scheduling: Generate and manage schedules to ensure optimal coverage.

Punch Details Review: Review weekly punch details and bonus eligibility for accuracy.

Payroll Management: Maintain attendance records and process payroll changes for employees.

Contact Database: Maintain an up-to-date contact list of clinical care employees.

Employee Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-ups with newly hired CNAs and Nurses to ensure checklist completion.

Additional Duties: Take on tasks assigned by the Staffing Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a staffing coordinator in a skilled nursing facility.

Strong analytical skills to manage schedules and staffing data.
