Director of Social Work - Full-Time Position We are seeking an experienced Director of Social Work to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Requirements: - Proven management experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); LSW or MSW preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant state and federal guidelines.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: - Lead, develop, and implement the overall policies and objectives of the Social Services Department.
- Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and support during the adjustment period.
- Participate in occasional community outreach initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of a range of concepts, practices, and procedures, with a high degree of creativity and flexibility.
- Utilize extensive experience and sound judgment to effectively plan and achieve goals.
