Marketing and Recruitment Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our facility, building relationships within the community, and driving recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the facility's visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including community organizations, and other healthcare providers.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain staff across all departments.
- Coordinate events and outreach initiatives to connect with potential residents, families, and employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of marketing and recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
